Hello!

#1.1: Upon comissioning me you give consent that allows me to use the created artwork as art examples and to post or share the created artwork or design of your commission across platforms with given credit to your profile(if requested), unless specifically requested not to. This can include sites like Discord, Instagram, Bluesky, and Deviantart.

#1.2: You may message me about earlier commissions and have them redone or touched up for a smaller fees

#1.3: I will provide updates on your commission throughout it's progress. If I stay silent for more than two days feel free to message me for updates.

#1.4: You can ask to have things changed in a commission and I'll happily do so without issue!

#1.5: Any Closed Species custom will require you to share proof of your slot or myo ownership before I begin!

#1.6: Do not remove or hide any comments while entering or offering on adopts of characters up for sale or offer.

#1.7: Ghosting or Back-outs may result in my unlikeliness to accept offers or take commissions from you in the future. Scamming will result in an immediate blacklist.

#1.8: In any instance where a commission might contain Adult material, I'll ask for an age confirmation! This is for obvious reasons.

#2.1: My designs can be used for NSFW, venting, gore, or comfort purposes as long as such things do not go against simple morality or basic DNI criteria. #2.2: Any One-off designs I've created can be used for a closed species form however credit must be at least partially linked back to me in addition to me being notified of the alt forms creation.

#2.3: Any artwork or design credit MUST be credited back to my Toyhouse account, wherever posted @goosery

#2.4 Please do not post any work I've created without credit! I also do not wish for my artwork to be posted on FA regardless if credited or not.

#2.5: Under no circumstance should my designs be used as a loophole for closed species, or off-brand species.

#3.1: Commissions, Customs, or Premade designs created by me will not be sold or traded to anyone who's content meets my DNI criteria. This includes Blacklisted users, which can be given upon request for trading or buisness reasons.

#3.2: Under no circumstances do I allow art of Fetishes, Phillacs, or the inclusion of Animal genitallia being created of my designs. (this does not include general nudity or adult themes)

#3.3: If your content includes things that go against my DNI you will be informed and you will be blacklisted from owning my designs, receiving artwork, and trading for characters I had designed. This is for my own comfort, as I do not want my name and work tied in with things that make me uncomfortable. These such things include, Drawing or owning characters who contain. Creating or owning fetish art such as vore, paws/maws, age-play, diapers, inflation, weight, or any other philias. Creating or owning creative works that include animal and human pairings in explicit material regardless of anthro. Any sort of explicit material including feral characters. Do keep in mind I do check users for content like this before agreeing to anything.
